Tohoku Region Pacific Offing Earthquake
We would like to sincerely express our heartfelt condolences to all of you suffered from the Tohoku Region Pacific Offing Earthquake, which occurred at 14:46 on the 11th March.
We, together with Japan Meteorological Agency, have already commenced to restore various weather and marine observation instruments including seismometer damaged by the mega earthquake. We will continue the efforts for the restoration by all means.
